Joe was born in Vietnam and arrived in Richmond, Va., in 1975. His family later moved to California where he graduated from CSULB with a degree in Marketing. After several jobs in public relations, Joe joined State Farm Claims in 1992 and opened his agency in September 2003.
He and his wonderful wife Ann, have two beautiful daughters, Audrey and Ava, who keep them very busy. Joe enjoys playing golf once a month and basketball once a week. His agency’s accomplishments include:

Patrick graduated from the University of Minnesota, Duluth with a BBA and MBA. Prior to State Farm, Patrick was a stockbroker. He started his agency in 1988 and has qualified for travel 15 times. Other achievements include:

He has three sons and two daughters. He is actively involved in Kiwanis Club and his church. He likes to play golf, but is not able to beat any State Farm agents.

Theresa graduated San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. She is a current resident of San Diego and started her agency in March of 1992.
She has traveled every year since 1992, and is a consistent Exotic Travel Qualifier in the last four years. Her other accomplishments include:

- Senior Vice-President Club
Theresa credits her consistency to a strong program of regular training, continuous team building, an effective reward system, and continuous learning and development. She stays active in her community and has a regular television program on Time Warner – PBS speaking on various insurance subjects, as well as making appearances on a local Vietnamese radio station – Tieng Nuoc Toi.

Mimi Lam

Mimi started as a new market agent in Mountain View, Calif., in 2003 and has been an Ambassador Life Traveler since then. Prior to being an agent, she worked passionately on the Asian Marketing Initiatives throughout her numerous positions with the company. She started in 1998 as an AFS in San Francisco and was transferred to Marketing Specialist for the California Zone in 2000. Her last role with the company prior to agency was Marketing Analyst for Corporate Marketing.
